Shipping & Delivery

Packages will be dispatched via TSN Parcels.

We will endeavour to arrange for all orders placed before 4pm to be dispatched on the same working day for next day delivery where possible. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

Should an order be placed for an item or quantity of items that we do have in stock at that time, then we will advise you as soon as possible either by phone call or email. An expected lead time will be advised where you will then have to choice either to accept this change or to cancel your order.

All products carry a minimum of 12 months warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions.

Price of Goods

The price listed on this website for will be as stipulated at the time of ordering. are entitled to make adjustments pricing to take into account any increase in supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or due to an error or omission on the website. Prices are correct at the time of going to press.

Returns & Replacements

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.

We at Batteries Direct view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if the goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resale able. In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item Batteries Direct will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case Batteries Direct will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Batteries Direct we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid. Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account which is provided to you by Batteries Direct. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of Batteries Direct. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Batteries Direct.

Waste Batteries

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, offer a free take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your batteries to our business premises in person; please contact us for further details.
